Consumer attitudes on the risks and benefits of engaging with digital assets

This joint insights paper by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) considers and explores both consumer attitudes towards digital assets and how they interact with these products. Building a collective understanding of consumer attitudes and interactions with digital assets will help support an informed regulatory approach, from both a financial and data protection regulation perspective.
